About

My name is Andrea, and I have a degree in Computer Science from the University of Naples “Parthenope.”

I’m deeply passionate about the world of DIY and making. I’m a big fan of the Arduino ecosystem and its amazing community.

This blog was born out of my desire to share my small ideas, experiences, and projects with other makers.

The name of the blog is borrowed from my all-time favorite pub: “Black Stuff” (Bacoli). And “labs”… well, it just sounds cooler!

Go easy on me… I’m just a maker!

A.

I was always a maker!

What do people say about me?

It is very inspirational to see others, like myself and Steve Jobs, developing things like this with very little money. I’m glad that it still happens. Keep up the good work. Projects like this are exactly what led us to Apple. A company would be very lucky to have you as an employee. You actually make things, and they are hardware and software combined.

Good luck, Woz
